Return to the Villa

After the completion of Dead Money, visit the area outside of the New Vegas Medical Clinic. You will receive a quest that leads to a new caravan leaving the Mojave. From this point forward you may now travel to and from the Sierra Madre as you please.

The door back to the Mojave is located in an alley very close to the main fountain, directly opposite from the casino. It's a small extension to where you leave the DLC originally. This version of the Villa is largely under NCR control. With their involvement, the casino has been reopened and restored to a mostly functional state. The Courier has many opportunities to decide whether that progress should continue or be undone entirely. The main quest focuses on the Madre's dormant security system.

In this universe, the cloud consuming the Villa has mostly cleared. Without the cloud and collar to slow you down, looting and exploring the villa becomes much easier. There are around 30 voiced vendors, questgivers, merchants, and other dynamic NPCs included with this mod. Legion couriers, or those who decide to seek out and assist the Legion, can unlock a caravan departing from Cottonwood Cove.

Return to the Villa

This mod comes with just shy of 20 quests involving the NCR, Legion, Crimson Caravan, rebuilding a new area of the Villa (Gold sink) piece by piece, short bounties, and other misc things to do around the new Villa. One Crimson Caravan (+Legion equivalent) quest allows you to collect all of the vending holotapes (for the blue machines) that you missed during the DLC. The new vendors will barter Sierra Madre armor and weapons.
